XLife Pro Privacy Policy
The Company is fully aware of the importance of personal information to you and will do our utmost to protect the security and reliability of your personal information. We are committed to maintaining your trust in us and to protecting your personal information in accordance with the following principles: the power-responsibility consistency principle, the purpose definition principle, the informed choice principle, the minimum principle, the security principle, the subject participation principle, the transparency principle and so on. At the same time, we are committed to protecting your personal information with appropriate security measures in accordance with proven industry security standards.

I. Rules for the collection and use of personal information
1. Your personal information We collect
Some of the business functions provided by us rely on partial information to run. If you choose to use such business function, you will be required to provide us with or allow us to collect the necessary information.

(2) Location permission: for getting the user's location and connecting the device
(3) Bluetooth permission: for connecting hardware devices
(4) Permission to access to your microphone: for facilitating user to convert voice to QR code
(5) Storage permission: for downloading and saving pictures, getting pictures for printing pictures, etc., and obtaining documents for document printing functions, etc.
(6) Telephone permission: for obtaining the IMEI of the user's device and uniquely identifying the user through the IMEI in order to provide statistical analysis services
2. How do We collect your personal information
Any personal information that is necessary will be used to provide business functions including login and identity verification. Such information is also relied upon to maintain and improve this business function, as well as to develop new business functions.
3. How we handle through entrustment, share, transfer and publicly disclose your personal information?
(1) Entrustment
There is no delegated support from external vendors as part of this business function, which does not provide entrustment.
(2) Personal information sharing
Any personal information about you will not be shared with any company, organization or individual other than the Company, unless we obtain your explicit consent.
(3) Assignment
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except in the following circumstances:
a) Where an explicit consent is obtained as for transferring such information: we will transfer your personal information to other parties upon obtaining your explicit consent;
b) In the case that transfer of personal information is involved in any merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation, we will require the company or organization newly holding your personal information to continually fulfill this obligation, otherwise we will require such company or organization to seek your authorization and consent anew.
(4) Public disclosure
We will disclose your personal information only in the following circumstances:
a) Where we have obtained your explicit consent;
b) Where the disclosure is required pursuant to related laws: we may publicly disclose your personal information pursuant to related laws, legal procedures, lawsuits or mandatory requirements of governmental authorities.
4. How we protect your personal information
1. We have used industry standard security precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss of data. We will take reasonable and practicable measures to protect your personal information.
2. Our data security capabilities: the Alibaba Web application firewall and Cloud Security Center have been used;
3. We will take all the reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that unrelated personal information is not collected. We will retain your personal information only within the time limit required for the purpose of this policy, unless the retention period has to be prolonged or it is permitted by law.
4. We will regularly update and make public the relevant contents of the reports on security risks and personal information security impact assessments.
5. Internet environment is not in 100% safety. We will try to ensure the safety of any information sent by you. If our physical, technical, or administrative safeguards are destroyed, resulting in unauthorized access to, public disclosure of, tampering or destruction of information, resulting in damage to your legitimate rights and interests, we shall be liable accordingly.
6. For any unfortunate occurrence of security events regarding the personal information, we, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, will timely inform you of: basic information and possible impact of security events, disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for preventing and reducing risks independently, remedial measures, etc. We will timely inform you of the relevant situation of events by means of E-mail, letter, phone, push notification, etc. If it is difficult to inform the subject of personal information one by one, we will make announcements in a reasonable and effective manner.
Meanwhile, we will also take the initiative to report the disposal of personal information security events in accordance with requirements of supervision departments.
II. Third party services and necessary related statements
As a means of providing you with the following services, third party SDKs or other similar applications may be integrated into our products.
1. Umeng SDK
Collection data type: Mac address of devices, unique device identifiers (IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, IMSI information / geolocation of SIM card, etc.), obtain installed APP information (for checking whether the app needs to be updated and upgraded, third-party login, social sharing, etc.), and provide basic anti-cheating services by calibrating the accuracy of report data through geolocation. With the integration of Umeng+ U-Share SDK, U-APP statistical analysis service, and U-Push message push service, the IMEI of the user's device and the installed APP information, etc. will be obtained to uniquely identify the user through the IMEI for providing the corresponding services. 2. Alibaba Cloud SDK
Collection data type: your uploaded content, including profile pictures, error data wrong question data, etc. your uploaded content, including avatar and wrong question data, is collected by the Alibaba Cloud SDK to store your content. 3. Voice Synthesized SDK of Baidu
Collection data type: voice Synthesized SDK will obtain your device attribute information (OS version, unique device identifier, IMEI), log information, access to network, access to network status, access to WiFi status for assisting users with voice recognition to text. 4. QQ Share SDK
Collection data type: your device identification information will be collected to support QQ authorized login and share the content you are interested in to QQ and Qzone. Please see Tencent Open Platform for details.
5. WeChat Open Platform SDK
Collection data type: your device identification information will be collected to support WeChat authorized login, WeChat sharing of the content you are interested in, etc. Please see WeChat Open Platform for details
6. Weibo Share SDK
Collection data type: your device identification information will be collected to support Weibo authorized login, Weibo sharing of the content you are interested in, etc. Please see Weibo Open Platform for details
7. TBS Tencent Browsing Service SDK
Collection data type: your device identification information will be collected to serve the APP internal web browsing service. Please see the Tencent Browsing Service Policy and Specification for details.
8. Umeng Intelligent Authentication U-Verify Service
Collection data type: the International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA), mobile phone number and other required fields of your device. For the security of your information, a strict data security confidentiality obligation has been agreed with third-party SDK service providers, where these companies will strictly comply with our data privacy and security requirements. III. Your rights
In accordance with the relevant laws, regulations, standards of China and the common practices of other countries and regions, we guarantee you the right to exercise the following rights with respect to your personal information:
1. Access your personal information
You have the right to access your personal information, except for exceptional cases stipulated by laws and regulations. If you want to exercise data access, you can access it yourself by: entering [My] and [Account Security].
2 Correct your personal information
You have the right to ask us to correct any errors in your personal information handled by us. You are allowed to make changes by contacting customer service via email;
3. Delete your personal information
You may make a request to us to delete personal information in the following circumstances:
(1) If our processing of your personal information is in violation of laws and regulations;
(2) If we collect and use your personal information without your express consent;
(3) If our processing of your personal information is in violation of our agreement;
(4) If you no longer use our products or services, or you deregister your account;
(5) If we no longer provide you with products or services.
If we decide to respond to your request for deletion, we will also notify entities that have obtained your personal information from us and require them to delete in time, unless otherwise provided by law or regulation, or if such entities are independently authorized by you.
When you delete information from our service, we may not immediately delete the information in backup system, but we will delete it when we update the backup.
4. Change the scope of your authorized consent
Some basic personal information is required for each business function to be completed. You may give or withdraw your authorization and consent at any time for the collection and use of additional personal information collected. When you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process the pertinent personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent will not affect any prior processing of personal information based on your authorization. If you refuse to receive commercial advertising from us, you can cancel your account at any time.
5. Personal information subjects cancel the account
If you decide to terminate your use, you can cancel your account. Account can be cancelled in "My-Account Management-Account Cancellation". After canceling the account, we will stop providing you with products or services and delete your personal information upon your request, unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations. The data in this account cannot be recovered after account cancellation. All rewards and levels in the account will be erased once the account is cancelled and cannot be recovered afterwards. Your personal information will be deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise provided by law or regulation. It is recommended that you make a backup copy. After the cancellation, the mobile phone number and the third-party login account will be automatically unbound, after which a new account can be bound.
6. Personal Information Subjects Acquire the Personal Information Copy
You have the right to obtain the copy of your personal information independently when technically feasible, such as data interface matching. We can also transmit a copy of your personal information directly to the third party you specified upon your request.
7. Automatic decision of constraint information system
With regard to some service functions, we may make decisions merely on the basis of non-manual automatic decision-making mechanisms such as the information system and algorithm. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to ask us for an explanation and we will provide appropriate remedies.
8. Responding to your above requests
For the purpose of security, you may need to provide a written request or prove your identity in other ways. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. We will reply within thirty days.
We do not charge you for a reasonable request in principle, but we will charge a certain cost for repeated requests that exceed the reasonable limit. We may refuse unreasonably repeated requests, requests that may bring heavy technical burdens (for example, requests that require the development of new systems or radical changes in existing practices), requests that may jeopardize the legitimate rights and interests of others, or highly impractical requests (for example, requests regarding information stored on back-up tape).
We will not be able to respond to your request in the following cases:
(1) Related to the performance of the obligations stipulated in laws and regulations by the personal data controller;
(2) For the purpose of national security and national defense security;
(3) for the purpose of public safety, health and major public benefit;
(4) for the purpose of criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment, etc.;
(5) The personal information controller has strong evidence to prove that the personal information subject is subjectively malicious or abuses the right;
(6) For the purpose of safeguarding the life, property and other important legal rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, which is difficult to obtain the consent of the subject;
(7) Responding to the request of the personal information subject will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of the subject or other individuals and organizations;
(8) where business secrets are involved.
IV. The way we handle children's personal information
Our product, website and service are mainly for adults. Children are prohibited from creating their own personal information subject accounts without the consent of their parents or guardians. Personal information of children collected with the approval from their parents or legal guardians will be used or disclosed only when it is legally permitted, explicitly approved by their parents or guardians, or necessary for minor protection. Although local laws and customs have different definitions of children, yet we deem anyone below 14 years old as children. If we find ourselves having collected personal information of children without getting approval of provable parents in advance, we will try to delete related data as soon as possible.
V. The way your personal information transfers worldwide
In principle, the personal information we collect and generate within the territory of the People's Republic of China will also be stored in China.
Since we provide products or services through resources and servers worldwide, this means that your personal information may be transferred to overseas jurisdictions in the countries/regions where you use the products or services upon receiving your authorized consent.
Such jurisdictions may have independent data protection laws or maybe there is no related laws. In such cases, we will ensure that your personal information is adequately and equally protected within the territory of the People's Republic of China. For example, we ask for your consent to cross-border transfer of personal information or implement security measures such as de-identification before cross-border data transfer.
